The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, I loved it, especially city view. The location was unbeatable, for example, a Norwegian visual arts museum was just a short stroll away from the venue.

Family-run hotel with accommodating staff and particularly nice views out over the town. Stunning very central location, near town centre and the airport. Situated only 1 km from a historical place museum. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

Good sleep in an extremely comfy bed, cheap and new-fashioned room. Particularly good and magnificent location - a minute walk from Alfheim Stadion. Also - very close to a hillside in the center of the city, all the shops nearby, and the town centre...

The location was absolutely perfect, only 5 minutes walk to Tromso Cathedral. The staff was amicable and excellent and they helped us with luggage.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with pleasant view to town. Amazing and particularly good location in Tromso, short walk to est bien tombé car c'était le marathon midnight sun de Tromso, the airport, and the cruise terminal. Nearby Bardus Bistro & Bar - great place to chill out.

the room was big size and cheap and had an amazing view out over the town. the location was magnificent and stunning, and we could reach storgata by walking.

This hotel offers great value for money with its combination of hotel and hostel facilities. The kitchen and dining facilities were a big plus, allowing me to make breakfast and dinner at my convenience. The spacious and contemporary rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic view from our room overlooking the town and water.

No major issues, just a slight inconvenience with the location being uphill from the city center. However, the hotel made it easy to book a taxi for transportation.

During our Easter weekend stay, we had a great experience. the first thing that caught our attention was the well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook a delicious meal. we enjoyed the convenience of having a coffee and hot chocolate machine readily available in the common area. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and many restaurants and shops. Another great advantage was the clean and comfortable rooms with a fridge, adding to our overall excellent experience.

The shower and bathroom ratio to the number of guests could be improved as we noticed that access to a toilet was only available on one floor. However, despite this, we would highly recommend this hotel as it is a great value for the price we paid.

My recent stay at Ami was fantastic! The instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. The room was tidy with plenty of space and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the hotel's hospitality was amazing. The free coffee and hot chocolate were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel!

One drawback was the limited TV channels and poor connection, but that was not a major concern for me. Despite that, I still had a great stay at Ami.

Great location in the heart of the city, with amazing scenic views and close proximity to shops and transport. The hotel facilities were impressive too, especially the kitchen which was fully equipped and great for budget travelers. , the living room was cozy and had a smart TV which was a nice touch.

Our room was much smaller than advertised and there wasn't enough storage for our winter clothes, which was inconvenient. The single beds were also quite narrow and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
